Resettlement Worker (Wernham House - Residential Care)

Shift work (F/T)

£16,000 - £19,300 (qual); £15,200 - £15,500 (unqual)

Wernham House provides supported residential and respite care for men and women who are aged 18 and over with alcohol misuse problems and who may have mental and physical health issues including alcohol related brain injury and dementia. There are 13 placements for residential longer term support and 4 respite placements.

We are seeking enthusiastic, proactive individuals to offer a range of advice, guidance and support to vulnerable homeless people.  The post involves working as part of a team as well as lone working and you must be able to demonstrate tolerance and personal resilience to cope with challenging behaviour.  Involves working shifts.
