Payroll giving is a way for you to give more without it costing any extra because it is tax efficient. By donating through your pay the charity get more than if you paid the same amount of money from your bank account.
Pennies for Promise is a simple, yet innovative idea. It is a payroll giving scheme that allows an employee to make a donation to a charity directly from their net pay. The employee's net pay is rounded down to the nearest pound, and the remaining pennies are donated to a charity of their choice
As an added bonus payroll giving is really easy to do. Once set up all you need to do is inform your payroll department or contact your payroll department directly.
