Student Placements with the Cyrenians
Introduction
It is the policy of the Cyrenians to offer placements to students undertaking a relevant programme of study, within the staffing and resource constraints of each worksite.
A suitably structured, adequately monitored and evaluated placement can have benefits for the organisation as well as for the individual student.
Notification of available placements
The HR/Training Office will notify Further and Higher Education institutions of the potential availability of placements across the organisation, after consultation with Project Managers and Practice Teachers. All general enquiries from institutions or individuals regarding placement availability should be referred to the HR/Training Office in the first instance.
Placements will usually take place in January and September of each year.
